A birthday with a zero in it merits going big, and we indeed went big for Bonita's birthday, celebrating first class all the way to, from, and in San Francisco. (Well first class to and in SF and business class from.) We had a great time with friends Ed and Mary Beth, fellow Nebraska natives, who joined us from their home in Washington State.
